The University of Michigan Rugby Club is set to begin their annual intrasquad sevens tournament on Friday at 8pm. Like last year, there are six teams each named after a significant individual of the University, and they drafted first year members of the club to join their teams. Last year’s reigning champion, Team Bennie Oosterbaan, will begin their season against Team Stephen M. Ross at 8:20 pm. Will Team Oosterbaan win the championship again this year, or will another team take over? Check back for updates to find out, and be sure to check the new YouTube channel for match video.
