The UMRFC is excited to announce that the 2013 High School Clinic will be June 15th from 10:00am to 4:00pm at North Field in Ann Arbor. The clinic is open to boys aged 13-18. All participants will receive a clinic t-shirt as well as lunch. The cost of the clinic is $60.
Players will receive 1 on 1 skill training but also function in drills and games as a group. In addition, team attack and defensive concepts will be addressed. University of Michigan coaches and players will be giving the instruction in passing, rucking, tackling, running lines, and space identification. Also included, Strength and Conditioning Coach Stu Roche will talk about strength and speed training as well as nutrition guidelines. The clinic will give participants the chance to experience the life of a University of Michigan rugby player.
