Why did you decide to play rugby?
I met some of the guys my first week here and they convinced me to give it a shot.
What have you liked about Michigan Rugby so far?
The team atmosphere and the collective desire to be great.
Describe your most memorable moment on the field.
On my first day of intrasquad 7s I scored and didn’t know that you had to set the ball down so I had 60 people yelling at me to get to the ground.
What’s your most favorite rugby drill in practice? Least favorite?
Favorite: 2 v 2 drills; Least Favorite: The Bronco
What other sports have you played?
Football, swimming, and track
What do you see yourself doing in five years?
Working as a statistician for an MLB team
What is an embarrassing childhood memory that you can share with us?
In first grade we had plays and I was Papa Bear in Goldilocks. Just as I was saying my porridge was too hot, my chair slipped and I fell off the stage.

The Big House

Spiders

BBQ Ribs
Do you have any game-day superstitions?
Don’t eat eggs on game day. In middle school I puked up eggs after a 5K.
Who is your favorite superhero and why?
Batman. The Dark Knight Trilogy is simply phenomenal.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
Go the extra mile.
