Giving Blueday is the University of Michigan’s annual day of giving. It falls on March 10th, 2021, from 12:00 a.m. through 11:59 p.m. EST. Giving Blueday is a day for everyone who loves Michigan to join together to combine their support and maximize the impact. It’s a chance to show your school pride, give back, and champion Michigan Rugby athletes.
Your donation will help fund operational costs (i.e. facilities, travel, etc) and the continued development of the resources needed for Michigan Rugby to compete at the highest level.
This year, we need your assistance for a number of causes:
- Growing our endowment to $150k this summer (half of all donations each year go to the endowment, and it’s at $133k right now)
- Continuing to offer paid coaching (none of our progress would be possible without our excellent coaches)
- Securing a new kit for the next generation of Michigan Rugby players (stay tuned for new uniforms sometime in 2021)
