Why did you decide to play rugby?
I’ve been playing since I was 4 years old so it is a part of of my life now. At the end of the day, I play because it brings me joy.
What have you liked about Michigan Rugby so far?
I have really enjoyed the sense of camaraderie amongst the guys.
Describe your most memorable moment on the field
Against Wisconsin when Rector and I pulled a cheeky little flick switch and made some nice meters.
What’s your most favorite rugby drill in practice? Least favorite?
Favorite is continuous touch and least is fitness testing.
What other sports have you played?
Rowing, running, soccer, swimming amongst other things at a less serious level.
What do you see yourself doing in five years?
Hopefully working as an actor/singer-songwriter, probably just waiting tables though.
What is an embarrassing childhood memory that you can share with us?
My main childhood fear was E.T. the alien.
What is your favorite place in Ann Arbor?
South University shops.
What is your biggest fear?
The inevitable collapsing and deterioration of the world as we know it, just kidding, heights.
What is your favorite food?
A good steak.
Do you have any game-day superstitions? Explain.
Music before hand always gets me going, but not anything hard core. Love to listen to disco.
Who is your favorite superhero and why?
Iron Man. I love gadgets and humour, two things that Tony Stark possesses.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
Do what you love and love what you do.
